About Us

The Arba Yesodot

The Arba Yesodot, or Four Pillars, are four areas of life that each of us needs to address in order to reach optimal health, emotional balance and fulfillment. 

They are: Physical and Financial Health, Relationships, Wisdom and Guidance. 

Work Inspired is an integral component of Financial Health in the Arba Yesodot Program.

The Work Inspired Mission

Many Jews are seeking to develop a healthy approach towards finances, jobs and careers. We provide a framework & tools for achieving financial and career success based on Jewish principles. Participants are empowered to live with more balance, fulfillment, and peace of mind.

The framework and tools are the outgrowth of fifteen years of research into economic concepts and Torah sources relating to financial health, work & professional success.

Our Projects Include:

Workshops in Career Guidance and Career Success at schools, campuses, conferences, offices & communities around the US, UK and Israel.

Developing Curriculum for Organizations which use our materials to educate professionals who seek to fuse Judaism and their work in a wholesome manner.

Coaching for Individuals seeking to decide on a career path, find a job or write a resume.

Rabbi Yehoshua Gerzi

FOUNDER

Rabbi Yehoshua Gerzi is the Founder of Pilzno- Work Inspired and the Arba Yesodot Program. In addition to being the Rav of the Beis Dovid Pilzno Shul, he serves as a small business consultant and is a frequent speaker on the topics of Financial Health, Healthy Living, Mindfulness and Relationships. 

He has conducted seminars and workshops on 3 continents and has impacted the lives of thousands of people over the past 20 years.

DIRECTOR

Tzvi Broker is a career consultant with over 10 years of experience assisting people to maximize their professional potential through talent assessment, career guidance,  resume writing & job search coaching. His expertise in career development has been utilized by major Jewish organizations and he is a frequent presenter within communities, schools, and conferences.
